How long will my order take?
You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you have placed your order, this will state which delivery option you have selected and when you should expect your order to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a futher email to confirm when you should expect delivery.
If parcels are not received within 7 working days (excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays) please email email@example.com to help locate your order.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
All parcels are sent with a signed for service. We advise that someone should be in when your parcel is due to be delivered. If not, our carrier will leave a delivery card advising you to pick up your parcel from your local sorting office.
